By placing an order for products on this site you agree to the Terms of Sale as listed below. If you do not agree with these terms, do not place any product orders on this site.


Payments shall be made by credit card. Credit card payments are subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing your credit card and West Central Wireless shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. If your credit card is refused, you will be notified that the card was not accepted and that the order will not be processed.


Product prices will be identified on the on-line order form. Please review prices carefully. Prices do not include charges for shipping and handling or applicable taxes. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the on-line order form. Prices are subject to change without notice. If you disagree with the price listed on the on-line order form, please do not place your order. Placing your order indicates that you agree with all prices listed on the on-line order form.


Depending on the shipping location, West Central Wireless may be obligated to collect taxes on both the product charge and the shipping and handling charges. If you are a tax-exempt entity, please contact our offices before placing your order. Taxes will be indicated on the on-line order form. If you are not a tax-exempt entity, we are obligated to collect applicable taxes.


West Central Wireless does not guaranty the availability of any products depicted on this site. West Central Wireless may ship products that have the functionality and performance of the products ordered, but may differ in packaging or model number than what is described or shown. Product availability may be limited and may not be available for immediate shipment at the time the order is placed. West Central Wireless reserves the right to restrict or limit quantities as needed. If a product you have ordered is out of stock, it will be placed on back order. You will be notified of back-ordered merchandise and an approximate ship date. Partial shipments may be made. Back-ordered product will be shipped as soon as possible. West Central Wireless reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to discontinue products.


Shipment and delivery dates stated on this site are best estimates only and West Central Wireless shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense for failure to deliver in accordance with any specified shipping or delivery dates. The risk of loss for products passes from West Central Wireless to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier. If product damage occurs during shipping or delivery to you, please follow the carrier’s claim procedures. All products will be shipped via the method shown on the on-line order form. Freight prices are for shipping within the continental United States only. West Central Wireless does not ship outside the continental United States. Shipping and Handling Fees are for Standard shipping. Shipment will usually be made within 2 business days of your order with delivery to be expected within 3-5 business days of the shipment date. Business days are Monday thru Friday. If you need expedited shipping, please contact our office. Additional charges will apply for expedited shipping. Shipping and Handling Fees are based on the total dollar amount of your product purchases:
$0 - $50.00 = $10.00 shipping and handling
$50.01 – $100.00 = $11.00 shipping and handling
$100.01 – $500.00 = $12.00 shipping and handling
$500.01 and up = $15.00 shipping and handling


You may return products to West Central Wireless for a refund under the following terms and conditions: Returns are accepted by West Central Wireless within 30 days after receipt of applicable merchandise. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging in resalable condition. West Central Wireless reserves the right to determine if product is in resalable condition. All merchandise returns must be accompanied by the “Return Packing Slip”. Return postage is non-refundable and paid for by the customer. West Central Wireless will not accept COD returns. To return products you purchased from this site, please do the following:

  1. Retain the original packing slip/invoice for your records.
  2. On the “Return Packing Slip” indicate the reason for return in the appropriate box.
  3. Securely pack the return merchandise and the “Return Packing Slip” in the original packaging and seal securely. West Central Wireless will not be responsible for returns damaged due to inadequate packaging.
  4. Ship with required postage to: West Central Wireless, Website Returns, 3389 Knickerbocker Road, San Angelo, TX 76904.

Please allow 14 days for returns to be processed and qualified refunds to be issued to your credit card. For questions regarding our return or refund policy, please contact our office.


Products sold on this site feature one-year manufacturer’s warranties unless otherwise noted. Please contact our office before returning a product for warranty repair or exchange. Original proof of purchase is required for all warranty procedures. The customer is liable for all shipping costs.


Cellular phones must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Phones must be returned in their original packaging and box with all accessories included (charger, holsters, etc.). Phone and all accessories must be in resalable condition. West Central Wireless reserves the right to determine if product is in resalable condition. Minute usage on phone must not exceed 10 minutes. If any of these conditions of return are not met, the phone will be returned to the purchaser and no credit will be issued. The customer is liable for all shipping costs. For phone warranty procedures, please see above warranty information.

You may, however, visit our site anonymously. The information we collect from you is used to process transactions.
